F&B Industry Outreach on 28 Aug 2024: e2i & Directional

On August 28, 2024, e2i  hosted a successful outreach event for the F&B industry, featuring Directional’s AI and automation solution, Auto Bot 365. The event, with a strong turnout of CEOs, highlighted the solution’s potential to automate tasks, save costs, and enhance customer experiences.

CEO Samuel Ng delivered a keynote on Auto Bot 365’s transformative capabilities, sharing real-world success stories. Attendees engaged with dedicated booths showcasing the solution’s features.

Companies  were also encouraged to partner with NTUC to form **Company Training Committees (CTCs)**to enhance productivity, supported by a $70 million NTUC CTC Grant. Workforce Singapore (WSG) offers additional support through the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG-JR) and sector-specific initiatives.

Overall, the event fostered valuable knowledge sharing and networking, equipping delegates to advance their businesses in an AI-driven landscape.
